It is the policy of M.R. Electrical Services Ltd to provide a service
to meet with the requirements of its customer:
Our customers will be treated courteously at all times whether
this is by operatives, or office staff.
Operatives will endeavor to work as cleanly and as quietly as possible
at all times.
We will work with as little disruption to our customer as possible.
All repairs will be undertaken within 5 days of initial contact.
All emergency repairs will be carried out within 12 hours of being
reported.
We aim to have all works complete within a stated time scale.
We will provide every customer with a courtesy call within 5 days
of works being completed.
All customer complaints or queries will be dealt with as quickly
as possible and in strictest confidence.
Complete satisfaction is paramount in helping provide an efficient
service to our customer and we will always appreciate their constructive
comments in order to maintain this.
